Privacy Policy

The short version: Achew does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts. Game progress stays on your own device.
This policy explains how Achew ("we", "us") handles information in our games and on this website, including any Achew app distributed through the Apple App Store. It covers Math Quest Runner, Pop Defense, Math Bullet Hell, Maze Pals, Tower Takeover, Number Pop, Equation Blocks and Grid Games, and any game we add later unless that game says otherwise.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any information from you or your child. We do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts or any other personal information, and we do not use device identifiers or advertising identifiers.
Our games do not contain advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social media tools, and they do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, our games save a small amount of data in your browser's or device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. It can include:
- Game progress, such as levels unlocked, scores, stars and in-game coins earned by playing.
- Settings, such as sound, difficulty and accessibility choices.
- Optional player profile nicknames that you type in some games to tell players apart. We recommend using a nickname rather than a real full name.
In-game coins are earned only by playing. They cannot be bought, and our games have no real-money purchases.
3. How we use information
The data stored on your device is used only to run the game for you, such as continuing where you left off. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and we never sell it.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share, sell or rent any information. Like any website, loading a game requires a few standard network requests to services that deliver the game's files:

We do not send these services any game data or personal information, and we only choose providers whose privacy commitments are consistent with this policy. If you download an Achew app from the App Store, Apple handles the download under Apple's privacy policy.
5. Children's privacy
Our games are made for kids and families. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). This approach is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and similar laws. Some games include a parent gate before grown-up settings. There are no ads, no links to buy anything, and no chat or social features.
If you believe a child has somehow sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not hold any of your data, so there is nothing for us to retain. Game data on your device stays until you remove it. You can delete it at any time by:
- Using a game's reset or delete-profile option, where available.
- Clearing website data for this site in your browser settings.
- Deleting the Achew app from your device, if you installed one.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Since we do not collect personal information, you control all game data directly on your device. You can still contact us with any request or question and we will respond.
8. Security
Because game data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us, it is protected by your device's own security. Our pages are delivered over encrypted HTTPS connections.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect. If a change would involve collecting personal information, we will ask for consent first where the law requires it, including verifiable parental consent for children.
